  • Natasha- founder, 30+ years experience with domestic pets of all kinds as well as small farm animals; current volunteer and board member of Ashe Humane Society

  • Lia- 10+ years experience caring for cats and a variety of dog breeds; current grad student at AppState

Daily Check In
$0.00

$25 per 30 minute visit

$40 per 60 minute visit

$50 per day includes a 30 minute morning visit and 30 minute evening visit

$80 per day includes a 60 minute morning and 60 minute evening visit

At every visit we’ll make sure your pet has fresh water, walk/playtime and lots of love! Meals and/or snacks can be given if requested. You’ll get photo updates after every visit too!

Daily check in prices are for a single pet; $5 per visit for each additional pet

We’re happy to adjust the schedule to fit your pet’s routine and energy level perfectly!

  • Home Access Information: Key codes, alarm codes, or garage instructions necessary to enter your home for scheduled visits.

  • Billing Information: Payment details processed securely through our payment processors (we do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers).

We use the information we collect to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality pet care. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Schedule, manage, and fulfill pet-sitting and companion services.

  • Communicate with you regarding updates, updates during visits, and emergencies.

  • Process payments and issue invoices.

  • Improve our services and send occasional business updates or promotions (which you can opt out of at any time).

3. How We Share Your Information

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information with:

  • Service Providers & Independent Contractors: Trusted team members or independent contractors operating on behalf of Blue Ridge Pet Companions who require the data to perform pet care and home visits.

  • Emergency Services: Veterinarians or medical professionals if your pet requires urgent care while in our custody.

  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive data, including home access codes and personal details.

  • Physical keys and access codes are kept secure and are only shared with the specific pet companion assigned to your schedule.

  • Digital records are password-protected and accessible only by authorized personnel.

5. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:

  • Review, update, or correct the personal or pet-related information we have on file for you.

  • Request that we delete your personal information from our active systems once services are completed.

  • Opt-out of any promotional emails or marketing text messages.
